Your Impact
As a key member in our Bridges & Structures team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we deliver value to our clients—supporting our transition to a solutions‑focused provider through the adoption of new technologies, lean methodologies, and digital delivery processes. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and decarbonisation, you’ll apply your advanced technical expertise, leadership, and organisational skills to deliver innovative structural solutions across highways, rail, aviation, energy, and power sectors.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams in structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender and detailed designs, and the preparation of contract documents and technical reports.
* Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high‑quality services that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
* Champion innovation and diverse thinking to identify best‑value solutions and drive continuous improvement.
* Work closely with our UK and Global Integrated Delivery teams to optimise resources and ensure efficient, successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
* A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
* A professional qualification (or close to achieving).
* Excellent communication, collaboration and time‑management skills.
* Project management skills related to bridge design or other disciplines.
* Strong technical design and practical problem‑solving skills.
* Candidates may have a background in bridge design; however, we are equally interested to hear from candidates from other disciplines and industries.
Desired Experience
* Experience in asset management, structures renewals and post‑tensioned structures, including post‑tensioned special inspections (PTSI).
