In this role, you’ll take ownership of inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing customer devices that arrive at our repair centre. Using your technical expertise alongside approved tools, components, and procedures, you’ll carry out fault diagnosis, component‑level repairs, replacements, and thorough functional testing. Your attention to detail will ensure every device is returned in full working order and meets our quality standards. You’ll be working with quick turnaround times, balancing speed with precision, and playing a key role in delivering a repair service customers can rely on. Ongoing support, training, and access to the latest repair processes will help you continue developing your skills while contributing your existing knowledge in a structured, professional repair environment. Your Key Areas of Focus Replacing or repairing buttons, ports, batteries, screens, phone casing and other parts of different devices Diagnosing faults on devices using visual inspections, manual tests and diagnostic software Carrying out repairs with care and attention using magnetic screwdrivers, tweezers and other essential tools Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and following all health and safety procedures Keeping up to date on the latest devices via our training platform Completing quality control checks using a visual inspection checklist and quality control software Respecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection / information security policies and procedures What We’re Looking For A keen eye for detail and a desire to always learn The ability to multitask and work as a team player Good communication skills and a positive attitude Previous experience in mobile repair or a similar field Get To Know Us The world runs on connected devices.
