Field Sales Representative | £35,000 - £40,000 + commission | Remote - Gloucester, Bristol, Birmingham (Regional Coverage)
My client is a leading manufacturer within their industry, known for high quality products that are built to last. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with clients, then this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients across the Gloucester, Bristol and Birmingham areas
* Drive new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
* Conduct in-person meetings with clients to promote the products and close deals
* Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
Essential Skills:
* 3+ years’ experience of working in a B2B sales environment
* Valid UK driving license
* Provent track-record in a field or area sales position
* Strong communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
Package:
* £35,000 - £40,000 basic + commission (OTE of £55,000 in your first year!)
* £5,000 annual car allowance
* Hours 9am to 5.30pm
* 35 days holiday per annum
* Autonomy over diary, on the road 4 days per week and WFH 1 day per week
