Whatyou’llbe doing
As a WorkdayServicesConsultant,you’llhelp shape how organisations run - supporting the design, configuration, and delivery ofWorkdaysolutionsthat enable better ways of working for our customers.
You’ll:
1. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into solutions
2. Shape service scope and define what “good” looks like for each engagement
3. Configure and deliver solutions that are practical, effective, and valuable
4. Learn through structured support, mentoring, and hands-on experience
This pathway is designed for you if you:
5. Have 1–4 years’ experience working with customers, clients,and/orstakeholders
6. Enjoy learning, adapting, and stretching yourself in new environments
7. Communicate clearly and confidently
8. Have experience with Microsoft 365(specifically Excel,Wordand PowerPoint)
9. Are curious about technology, even if youhaven’tworked in it before.
10. Have an analytical mindsetand enjoy exploring solutions thatdeliver value
11. Arepassionate aboutworking with customers to deliverhigh-qualitysolutions
