Location: Hybrid based in either Erskine or Newcastle
12 month Fixed Term Contract

Were now looking for a passionate and experienced recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team. If youre a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing:
Partnering with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Driving strategic hiring programs including diversity, graduate intake, and contingent workforce planning.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legal requirements.
Building strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners.
Supporting staffing transitions related to mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing.
What Youll Bring:
46 years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech or professional services.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
Experience with process improvement and recruitment technology.
Knowledge of UK employment practices and security clearance processes.
