The Role:
As Head of Events, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and growth of events across all venues within Thesleff Groups portfolio. From high-profile brand activations to intimate private dining experiences, youll ensure each event reflects the personality and standards of our brands, while delivering commercially successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the group events strategy across all venues, ensuring brand alignment and operational excellence
Develop and execute a commercial events calendar, driving revenue through private hire, partnerships, and corporate activations
Build and lead the events team, managing performance, development, and culture
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Culinary teams to bring creative, guest-centric events to life
Identify and build long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and agencies
Ensure all events run smoothly, on time, and on budget, with a focus on luxury service standards
Analyse event performance and implement data-driven improvements
What Were Looking For:
A proven leader with experience running successful events in the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sectors
A natural collaborator who can work cross-functionally with Marketing, Ops, and Brand teams
Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach
Excellent organisational, communication, and client relationship skills
A strong network within the London events scene is a plus
Passion for creating memorable, elevated guest experiences
