We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop a career in recruitment. You will be working directly with the Director on a daily basis, helping to recruit both temporary and permanent staff across the construction sector. Key responsibilities: Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms Conducting telephone interviews and assessing candidate suitability Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records Assisting with arranging interviews and providing candidate feedback Building relationships with candidates to maintain regular contact and engagement This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within a supportive and ambitious team.
