*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and demonstrate the ability to diagnose and repair various types of machinery and vehicles. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and maintaining high safety standards.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and vehicles to identify issues and potential problems.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
* Diagnose mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and equipment.
* Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems as required.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop or on-site.
*Skills*
* Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, engines, and electrical components.
* Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients effectively.
