We are seeking Residential Support Workers to join our Oxford team, providing essential support in residential settings. About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will support children and young people with autism and learning differences, ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, promoting independence, confidence, and well-being.
