My client is currently seeking a motivated and talented Graduate IES Candidate to join the team in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Utilise IES software to support the design and analysis of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services.
Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for projects.
Assist in the preparation of technical reports, calculations, and documentation.
Contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions in building projects through creative and efficient design.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar).
Experience working with IES software during university studies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A passion for sustainability and reducing carbon emissions in the built environment.
Day-to-Day
Work closely with the design team to deliver high-quality solutions for a variety of projects.
Conduct energy modelling and simulations using IES software.
Support the development of innovative designs for Mechanical and Electrical Building Services.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment.
