Overview
Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Complex Care Assistant to support a young client with complex needs, including medication administration, seizure management, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and additional communication needs. The role offers comprehensive training, support for NVQ qualifications, and ongoing guidance from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager.
Main duties of the job
As a Female Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high‑quality care and support to a young client with complex needs. Responsibilities include:
* Administering medication
* Managing seizures
* Supporting individuals with epilepsy
* Supporting those with learning disabilities
* Meeting additional communication needs
You will receive comprehensive training, both online and classroom‑based, and have the opportunity to work towards NVQ qualifications in Health & Social Care. You will be supported by a dedicated Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager.

Position: Female Complex Care Assistant – Skipton
Shift Pattern: 1 x 12-hour night shift per week (21:00 – 09:00)
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Contract: zero‑hours contract
