The successful candidate will assist with the provision of a 24-hour comprehensive emergency call system for the elderly, special needs and chronically sick clients.
They will respond to calls for assistance and co-ordinating an emergency response, ideally within a 45-minute deadline. This will include visiting service user’s homes so a driving license is essential.
Some weekend and Bank holiday working required. A First Aid Certificate would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given, background in care may be an advantage and experience of working with elderly, vulnerable and disabilities essential.
