What you will do
* Engage in comprehensive safeguarding duties and uphold child protection protocols, ensuring the wellbeing of children and families.
* Conduct assessments and handle cases requiring court involvement, preparing associated legal documents.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans aligned with best practice standards in child protection.
* Attend and contribute to strategy meetings, case conferences and court hearings, advocating for the child’s best interests.
* Maintain detailed records and follow up on cases, ensuring all documentation adheres to safeguarding regulations.
