Job role: Chef De Partie
Location: Central London
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, including weekends!
Houston & Hawkes have an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie to work in our prestigious contract catering site in the heart of London.
Chef De Partie Requirements:
* A genuine passion for food
* Knowledge of the Hospitality industry
* Knowledge and ability to run a section
* Ability to produce good-quality food
* A desire to want to learn
* Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
* Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
* Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
* Possess the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Food Safety awareness
