About the role
We’re now looking for an experienced Multi Trade to join our Responsive team in Newcastle to carry out a wide range of remedial works on housing stock within the North East Region. The right candidate must be able to demonstrate that they are capable of a full range of building craft skills required to meet and to maintain Riverside housing stock to a high standard.
You’ll play a crucial role in providing an excellent customer service to the residents of Riverside Housing properties. You can plan and organise your work to safely achieve maximum efficiency and deliver excellent results on a consistent basis. The successful applicant will manage the experience of customers to ensure positive relationships are established and maintained.
What we’re looking for
Essential skills and experience:
* Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in an associated building craft
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year
You’ll also need your own tools and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer care.
Ideally, you will have previously worked in a social housing environment.
Respiratory Protective Equipment will be provided for this role, so the successful candidate must be clean shaven.
