SEN Teaching Assistant\nNewham\n£95-£115 per day (dependent on experience)\nFull-time, long-term role\n\nWe're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools across Newham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to access learning and thrive in a supportive environment.\n\nThe Role:\n\nProvide 1:1 and group support to pupils with a variety of SEN.\n\nWork closely with class teachers and other staff to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.\n\nAssist with behaviour management and encourage positive learning experiences.\n\nHelp create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nPrevious experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.\n\nA patient, adaptable and proactive approach.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.\n\nWillingness to work across different year groups and school settings.\n\nWhat's On Offer:\n\nCompetitive daily pay of £95-£115 (depending on experience).\n\nOpportunities to work across a variety of schools in Newham.\n\nSupportiv...
