Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to £51,000
Shifts Available: Workshop Based 3 Shift Pattern Monday to Friday (Mornings, Afters & Nights)
(We are also recruiting field service positions paying up to £60,000 if you prefer to be on the road)
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment through planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities. Typical responsibilities will include:
* Responding to equipment and machinery breakdowns, carrying out fault finding and repairs.
* Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
* Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment.
* Working with PLC controlled equipment to assist with fault diagnostics.
* Carrying out electrical isolations and safe working procedures.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
* Conducting root cause analysis following equipment failures.
* Working collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to minimise downtime.
What We're Looking For
* Apprenticeship trained engineer (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled).
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience. xsngvjr
* Experience maintaining industrial machinery within manufacturing environments.
* Knowledge of PLC controlled systems and automated equipment
* Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, drives or motor controls
