Role responsibilities

2. Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their needs and fit for our services.
3. Cold Calling & Emailing: Craft personalized outreach messages to engage prospects and generate interest.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with decision-makers at target companies.
5. Lead Nurturing: Develop campaigns to cultivate relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Data and Reporting
1. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities.
2. Collaboration: Work with management, marketing, and other teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
3. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to identify opportunities.
4. Pipeline Management: Manage leads and track progress towards targets.
5. Data Management: Maintain sales records and design reports/dashboards.
Skills Required
1. At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in professional services or M&A sector (preferred).
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
3. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proven ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
6. Track record of increasing sales.
7. Strong research and analytical skills.
