Business Development Manager – Building Envelope / Roofing / Cladding

I’m currently working with a well-established and growing business within the building envelope sector looking to appoint two Business Development Managers due to continued growth.
These are contractor-facing sales roles focused around developing relationships, generating new business opportunities and managing projects across the roofing, cladding and wider construction market.
The business has a strong reputation within its sector and offers a technically-led product range alongside solid operational and commercial support.
The Role:
• Develop and grow regional sales activity
• Manage relationships with contractors, OEMs and key stakeholders
• Drive both new business and organic account growth
• Manage projects from enquiry through to order
• Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams
• Identify opportunities within roofing, cladding and building envelope applications
Ideal Background:
• Experience within roofing, cladding, façades or building envelope products
• Strong contractor-facing sales experience
• Comfortable developing pipeline and managing projects commercially
• Technically credible with strong relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, proactive and commercially driven
Package:
• Basic salary up to c£60k DOE
• Bonus potential up to £15k
