As we elevate the club experience, we're seeking a Sales Membership Manager to lead the next phase of growth — driving sales, increasing membership base volume and yield, managing change across the member and team journey, and bringing the luxury brand vision to life in every interaction.

As an Sales Membership Manager, you will lead the Experience Team to deliver outstanding members’ and prospects’ experience daily, exceeding expectations and fostering loyalty.

The Role

* Having direct accountability and responsibility for leading the Experience team, ensuring the club is fully staffed to deliver exceptional, luxury-level service while meeting daily budgets.
* Guaranteeing prompt handling of all membership inquiries, overseeing any necessary escalations and maintaining a polished, service-led approach.
* Managing membership administration, maintaining accuracy and GDPR compliance.
* Being accountable for all sales for your assigned club, ensuring all sales budgets are achieved — including volume, revenue, membership mix, junior memberships, and joining fees.
* Leading and executing pre and post-refurb launch campaigns, converting interest into premium memberships and growing overall membership yield.
* Bringing a luxury service culture to the sales and member journey — from first contact to onboarding — ensuring high-touch, personalised experiences.
* Acting as a key driver of change management, supporting internal teams and current members through transformation, effectively communicating the new club vision and benefits.
* Monitoring and tracking all membership results and activity levels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using the systems and tools provided.
* Producing accurate, transparent reports and insightful analysis for the General Manager, Regional Business Director, and wider business.
* Taking on Duty Manager responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and excellence in leadership across all areas of club operations.

Experience

* Strong people management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to build, coach, and inspire a team to deliver luxury service standards.
* Proven track record of exceeding financial and sales targets, ideally in a premium or lifestyle-focused brand environment.
* Background in a Sales/KPI-driven role is essential, preferably within health, hospitality, luxury retail, or lifestyle sectors.
* Demonstrated experience in pre-sales strategy and campaign execution, ideally during a club or site relaunch or refurbishment.
* Skilled in change management and internal communications, capable of leading teams and members through transformation confidently.
* Passionate about luxury wellness, with a commercial mindset and a natural ability to elevate experiences for high-value members and prospects.
