A New and Exciting Opportunity in Sudbury
This is a great opportunity to join us as aTeam Leaderand help shape a service that has been successfully growing since its launch in October 2025. You will play a pivotal role in our next chapter, combining hands-on support with leadership and coordination responsibilities to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care delivery
Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader
* Provide strong, visible leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, consistent, high-quality support
* Coordinate staff rotas, manage shift coverage, and oversee daily handovers
* Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and ongoing mentoring of staff
* Support the induction and training of new team members, ensuring understanding of PBS strategies and person-centred principles
* Monitor and review support plans, risk assessments, and daily documentation
* Work closely with the Registered Manager and PBS Lead to identify improvements and maintain compliance with CQC standards
* Model professional conduct and respectful interactions, promoting a positive and inclusive culture
* Lead by example through active participation in day-to-day support, fostering trust, safety, and structure for “I”
* Promote safeguarding, confidentiality, and dignity at all times.
* Proven experience leading in a care or support settings
* Understanding of Autism, ADHD, or complex behavioural needs
* Confident communicator and calm under pressure
* Positive role model with excellent teamwork and organisation skills
* Full UK driving licence required
