Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator with specific expertise running Bobst Mastercut machines. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain Bobst Mastercut die-cutting machines to meet production targets and quality standards Interpret job specifications, tooling requirements, and technical drawings accurately Ensure efficient machine make-ready, minimising downtime and waste Monitor production runs, carrying out quality checks and making adjustments as required Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams Adhere to all health & safety and company procedures The Ideal Candidate Proven experience operating Bobst Mastercut or similar high-speed die-cutting equipment Strong understanding of die-cutting processes within packaging or print manufacturing Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and layouts Mechanical aptitude with good problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexible approach to shift work (if applicable)
