Tech Connect Group has exclusively partnered with an international group in their recruitment of a Global HR Operations Specialist. Based primarily remotely, but with some travel to their offices based in the Midlands, this role will require someone with previous experience travelling internationally.
Reporting to the Divisional HR Director, primary responsibilities would be:
Operational HR Support, including but not limited to; L&D, recruitment, data management, supporting with compliance acting as a first point for division HR queries and partnering with senior leaders regarding HR strategies.
Leading and delivering on HR projects
Tracking project milestones
Preparing reports, dashboards and presentations
Supporting HRD with board/executive pack preparation
Deputising for the HRD in meetings and forums
Key skills and experience:
Proven experience in UK HR Operations, ideally also in international/multi-entity environments
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work with sensitive and pressurised situations
Previously travelled internationally for work in a previous role
Flexible approach to working hours & locations
CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent qualification e.g. BSc)
