Nursery Deputy Manager
Location: Stirling
Salary: Minimum A GBP 14 per hour (To be discussed in an interview)

Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join their team in providing high:quality care and education to young children.
The Role
To support the manager in the smooth running of the setting this will include but is not inclusive of:
* Demonstrating outstanding practice
* Supporting the staff team in developing practise though modelling and or training
* Liaising with parents and other professional agencies to support childrens learning
* Reviewing policy and procedure and ensuring policy is followed at all times
* Taking the lead in the absence of the manager
* Understanding the needs of the business
* To understand registers/booking systems including funding
* To conduct supervision interviews and support staff to reach targets
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification
* Team player able to step into Managers role within 12 months
* Management experience
* Evidence of ongoing personal development training
* Desire to continue with professional development
* Able to demonstrate an in:depth knowledge of child development and the EYFS
