Our client, a forward-thinking and highly regarded law firm, is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal PA to provide dedicated support to its Private Wealth and Projects Construction teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional administrative support within an international professional services setting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries, calls, and correspondence, maintaining a professional and culturally aware approach at all times.
2. Manage complex diaries, international travel arrangements, itineraries, meeting schedules, and agenda preparation.
3. Assist with the preparation of pitch documents, presentations, and tender submissions for international projects and business development initiatives.
4. Coordinate internal and external events, client briefings, and training sessions.
5. Monitor team inboxes, draft routine correspondence, and ensure timely responses to communications.Provide support across teams when required, helping to balance workloads and maintain efficiency.
6. Assist with billing processes, including the preparation and administration of invoices for international matters.
7. Manage expenses, payments, and other financial administration tasks.
8. Ensure compliance with firm policies, information security requirements, and data protection standards.
About You
9. Previous experience as a PA within a legal, professional services, or similarly structured corporate environment.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
11. Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise a varied workload.
12. A proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support.
13. The flexibility and confidence to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
14. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
