SUSHISAMBA Group are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The Maintenance Engineer at SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle plays an important role in the operation of our restaurants and shared services areas.

Your Requirements:
As a maintenance Engineer your job will require you to:
• Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns
• Perform and/or monitors reactive maintenance, planned works and PPM
• Respond to all building related safety concerns
• Maintain departmental compliance with company maintenance procedures
• Support company departmental maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
• Assist in the supervision of temporary maintenance contractors
• Assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment for operations
• Maintain all areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting and tiling to ensure an attractive and well-maintained site
• Must possess knowledgeable of basic hand/power tool operation
We would love you to have had:
• Previous restaurant or hotel maintenance department experience
• At least 1-year experience in a similar capacity
• Should have basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry concepts
• Must be available to respond to emergencies when not physically at the job site
