We are seeking a dedicated Teaching & Learning Assistant to join our team for 20 hours per week to help provide high-quality learning support both inside and outside the classroom. Key Responsibilities which include but are not limited to: Provide learning activities for individuals and groups, differentiating and adapting to suit the needs of the pupils Support pupils social and emotional wellbeing and guide them in their personal, emotional and social development Working with individuals and groups of pupils throughout the day including in the classroom, playground and dining areas. Work as part of a team with school staff, parents &families and outside agencies Promote the school’s values and ethos in all aspects of school life, upholding our high expectations. We are looking for someone who: Has experience of working with children (preferably in a school setting). Is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping children succeed. Can work effectively as part of a supportive team. Has good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills. Shows initiative and flexibility in responding to the needs of pupils.
