About the Role
We arelooking for a HR HCM Lead (Workday),to drive transformation initiatives within our People function. This role will focus on optimisingPeople/HR systems, processes, and ways of working to enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and align with broader businessobjectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday, HR Systems, AI & Technology
1. Lead the design, enhancement, and optimisation of Workday and other HRIS solutions to meet evolving business needs.
2. Serve as a strategic link between the People Team, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring system capabilities support functional requirements.
3. Analyse and streamline People/HR processes through automation, improved workflows, and self-service utilisation.
4. Oversee data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and analytics, generating insights that drive strategic decision-making.
5. Support the rollout of new Workday modules, enhancements, system upgrades, and AI-enabled solutions.
Business Transformation & Change Management
6. LeadPeople/HRtransformation projects, including process redesign, technology adoption, and workforce enablement.
7. Partner with seniorPeople/HR and business leaders to define strategicobjectivesand deliver innovative solutions.
8. Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives,identifyingopportunities for efficiency and scalability.
10. Support the transition towards a more digital, self-service, and data-drivenPeoplefunction.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
11. Work closely withPeople team, IT, Finance, and other business teams to align technology with organisational goals.
12. Provide training, guidance, and support toPeople teamand employees on new systems and processes.
13. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering strategic insights on HR transformation.
What we are looking for:
14. Proven experience in business transformation, HR technology, or HR operations.
15. WorkdayHCMcertification,or experiencesupporting aWorkday implementation.
16. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday).
17. Strong knowledge ofPeopleprocesses, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll.
18. Experience in process improvement, automation, and system implementation.
19. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
20. Expertiseinexcel,data analysis, reporting, andpeoplemetrics to support strategic decision-making.
21. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
22. Change management experience, witha track recordof driving adoption and engagement.
Nice to have:
23. Experience in agile methodologies and business transformation frameworks.
24. Previousconsulting or advisory experience in HR transformation projects.
