Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions (sell-side and buy-side)
* Manage day-to-day deal processes including valuations, financial modelling, due diligence and negotiations
* Support clients through strategic decisions and transaction milestones
* Build strong, trusted relationships with entrepreneurial clients, investors, and counterparties
* Supervise and develop junior team members
Contribute to thought leadership, pitch development, and wider business growth initiatives
Desirables:
* Strong experience in M&A advisory (sell-side preferred), ideally gained within a boutique environment
* Solid track record of transaction execution, ideally within the TMT space or adjacent sectors
* Commercially astute, with excellent judgement and client-handling skills
* Able to confidently take ownership of deal engagements
