About the role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Treasury Analyst with strong Trade Finance expertise to support our end‑to‑end credit risk, payment security and financial compliance processes. In this role, you will manage Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees and other Trade Finance instruments, while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Care, Risk, C2C, Treasury and operational teams. You will play a key role in safeguarding Honeywell’s financial exposure, strengthening our processes and ensuring accurate and timely execution of all Trade Finance activities. Your key responsibilities include: Managing, reviewing and negotiating Letters of Credit in full compliance with UCP 600 to ensure timely and secure payment. Maintaining strong bank relationships to support escalation, negotiation and issuance of LCs, Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit. Preparing and managing all Trade Finance documentation through Trade Technologies, GTC Komgo and internal systems for accurate reporting. Collaborating with Sales, Customer Care, Risk, C2C and Business Leaders to align LC terms, assess country risks and recommend effective financial solutions. Providing alternative Trade Finance structures when LCs cannot be agreed, ensuring Honeywell maintains minimal payment exposure. Supporting the preparation and issuance of Bank Guarantees and SBLCs for customer and project requirements. Leading process improvements across SBUs to strengthen and standardise Treasury and Trade Finance procedures. Maintaining weekly follow‑ups with SBUs and ensuring strong collaboration, coverage and knowledge‑sharing within the LC team. Your skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field. 5 years of relevant Treasury, Trade Finance or Finance operations experience. Proven commercial background with direct hands‑on experience managing Letters of Credit on the beneficiary side through to payment receipt. Strong understanding of UCP 600 rules and international banking practices. Solid analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and recommend suitable Trade Finance instruments. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset. High accuracy, ownership and the ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
