Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution in line with procedures and contractual KPIs. This role operates on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
2. Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Allocate and dispatch tickets to support and engineering teams, and other providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management involving providers, control teams, and field resources.
7. Communicate updates to customers regarding network incidents.
8. Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Strong communication skills for liaising at all levels.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
