Your new role
As a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, you will work as part of a skilled and dedicated team, including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners, administrators, and other professionals.Your responsibilities will include the installation, inspection, diagnosis of faults/leaks, testing, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and oil heating systems across a diverse range of buildings on site.
What you'll need to succeed
Carry out planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance on mechanical systems, including boilers, heating, plumbing, and medium temperature hot water services.Install, service, and replaceponents such as pumps, valves, taps, cylinders, and calorifiers.Ensure all equipment and systems operate within specified parameters andply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Gas Safe registered and ACS certified (LPGmercial).OFTEC qualified.City & Guilds qualifications in relevant disciplinesEAL Diploma in Plumbing and Heating.CITB training qualifications.Perform both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks to a consistently high standard.
