The Role:
* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across Key Stage 1
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Follow school policies, lesson plans, and behaviour expectations
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom routines
* Provide continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
