This is a highly rewarding role that focuses on helping the student access the activities they enjoy, build confidence, and engage with the community in a positive, structured way. About the Role This is not a classroom-based position. Instead, the LSA will support the student to access their hobbies, interests and wellbeing-focused activities, which may include: Hair, beauty and makeup sessions Outdoor walks and nature-based activities Fitness and gym sessions Pilates and other structured exercise Community-based sessions linked to personal development The aim is to provide calm, consistent, person-centred support to help the student develop independence, confidence and emotional stability.
