Drainage Surveying Operative/Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Drainage Assistant to support the operation of a mainline Survey rig within our expanding drainage business. Our projects cover highways, utilities, rail, and construction sectors, offering a varied and rewarding working environment.
Requirements
* Clean UK driving licence.
* Previous experience working on the rear of a mainline Survey rig preferred but not essential .
* Confined space training/experience (advantageous).
* CSCS certification (advantageous).
* Strong ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional overtime.
* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Strong commitment to health, safety, and safe working practices.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the operation and maintenance of drainage survey equipment.
* Work collaboratively with the Rig Leader and team to ensure efficient site operations.
* Support with rig set-up, dismantling, and safe storage of equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and readiness of vehicles and equipment.
* Carry out duties in line with company health and safety procedures.
