My client is currently seeking an experienced Technical Support Advisor, to join a well-established market leading Telematics and Stolen Vehicle Recovery Company based in near Heathrow airport.
As the successful Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional 1st line technical support to my client’s customers. Ensuring that all company products are installed according to documented standards and delivered within acceptable tolerance levels for both the client and the end user.
Technical Support Advisor Package and responsibilities
* £40,000 base salary + company benefits
* Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the appropriate department
* Ensure all updates are accurately recorded within internal systems
* Identify root causes of substandard installations and provide effective resolutions
* Manage inbound and outbound calls and cases in line with agreed processes and SLAs, using the Salesforce case management system and recording all relevant customer interactions.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with all internal and external customers
Technical Support Advisor experienced required:
* Proven experience in an auto-electrical role.
* Proactive self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational abilities with a proactive mindset.
* Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of vehicle telematics concepts.
* Excellent problem-solving skills in a highly technical environment.
