What You ll Be Doing
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, helping them access learning and feel included
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
* Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence, and social skills
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Working closely with the SENCO and wider school team to meet individual needs
What We re Looking For
* A caring and resilient individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN
* Experience working with children is an advantage, but not essential a positive attitude is key
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A genuine commitment to helping every child succeed
