Are you a Clinical Psychologist excited to work during times of transformative change? Are you experienced, or have a keen interest, in working with the challenges associated with neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), complex and developmental trauma, and complex needs? Do you want to help create a nationally important resource with the substantial backing of one of the leading providers of education and care for young people with SEN?
If so, we have the role for you! We are growing our Clinical Teams and are looking for Clinical Psychologists throughout the UK to work within our SEN Schools. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary well-being and therapeutic team providing essential services to meet the needs of the people we care for. We have vacancies across the UK, with new opportunities arising soon.
Qualifications and experience required include:
* Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
* Registration with the HCPC and BPS
* Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists
* Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs (e.g., complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviors of concern)
* Ability to work collaboratively with key partners
* Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills
* Continuing professional development relevant to the setting
* Post-qualification experience with adults and/or children
* Full UK driving license and access to a car
* Data management skills for service delivery, development, and projects
