Our client is looking for a SEO Manager to take full ownership of organic presence online. This is a hands-on role combining strategic thinking with tactical delivery, focused on growing organic traffic, improving site health, and maximising search visibility across both digital marketing channels and retail proposition. You’ll be immersed in the full omnichannel journey, helping connect online discovery with in-store experience.
You’ll shape and execute SEO strategy across technical optimisation, keyword planning, content development and local search. From improving core web vitals and implementing structured data to optimising category and product pages, you’ll ensure our site is technically robust, content-rich and search-friendly. You’ll own local SEO portfolio, align closely with Paid Search to maximise crossover opportunities, and use analytics and industry-leading tools to identify growth opportunities and track performance. You’ll also play a key role in preparing content for AI-driven search and generative experiences, ensuring they stay ahead of evolving search behaviour.
We’re looking for a proven SEO practitioner with experience in large-scale D2C or omnichannel retail, strong technical expertise, and a data-led mindset. You’ll be confident using leading analytics and SEO platforms, capable of translating complex technical requirements into clear business impact. Organised, collaborative and naturally curious, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about driving measurable organic growth while continuously refining and innovating our approach.
