Commercial Analyst – Global Bank & Automotive Mobility Provider
Hybrid | Full-Time | Hertfordshire (2 days a week)
£40,000 - £55,000 basic, up to 10% bonus, 15% pension, salary sacrifice car, healthcare
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and commercially minded Commercial Analyst to join a high-performing Commercial Team, playing a pivotal role in driving data-led decision making and long-term business growth.
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Revenue & Analysis, the successful candidate will support the delivery of strategic projects, contribute to pricing and commercial strategies, and produce high-quality reporting and forecasting. This role offers a blend of strategic exposure and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their commercial career.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the identification, analysis, recommendation, and implementation of key strategic initiatives.
* Support the development of B2B and B2C pricing strategies and broader commercial direction.
* Deliver timely and accurate commercial reporting for senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure data and insights drive effective commercial decisions.
* Work closely with Finance to support annual business planning and quarterly forecasting cycles.
* Engage with key external partners to understand and improve performance outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Has 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Analyst, Associate).
* Demonstrates a self-starting attitude, is proactive and willing to get involved in all areas of the business.
* Possesses strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities; experience with analytical tools such as QlikView, PowerBI, or Tableau is an advantage.
* Commercially astute, able to identify trends, assess impacts, and highlight opportunities.
* A strong communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small, dynamic team.
