About the role
This is a flexible, hands-on role helping to keep local car park machines running smoothly. Youll visit nearby sites when something needs checking, resetting, or replacing. Most call-outs take 3060 minutes to complete, and youll always have someone on the phone who can guide you if needed.
What youll do
Visit local car parks when a machine needs attention
Carry out simple checks, resets, and basic part replacements
Test that everything is working again before you leave
Pass anything more complicated to a senior engineer
Keep short notes on what you did
Be friendly and helpful when speaking to customers or staff on site
The equipment youll work with
Youll mainly look after:
Ticket machines
Payment terminals
Barriers and entry/exit systems
Simple software resets (full training provided)
You dont need experience with any of these well show you everything you need to know.
