Role: ServiceNow HRSD Lead Technical Consultant
Contract
Job Description:
* Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.
* Provide hands-on development expertise, creating robust and scalable ServiceNow configurations.
* Work closely with clients, leveraging exceptional client-facing skills to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
* Apply a strong appreciation of design and architecture principles to create efficient, reliable systems.
* Work closely with offshore development teams to deliver the outcomes.
* Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD module design, development, and implementation.
* Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD integration with Workday.
* Strong client-facing abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Solid understanding of architecture principles and how they apply to ServiceNow projects.
* Minimum 6+ years on ServiceNow with 12-15 years overall experience delivering a wide range of change initiatives
Certifications:
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) HRSD
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or ITOM
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
