Eligibility for the Pre-Qualified Bonus:
We are offering a £250 bonus to lifeguards who meet the following criteria:
* Availability to work any 5 days out of 7
* Hold a valid and in-date NPLQ qualification
* Commit to a minimum 6-month employment period with no performance issues
Qualifications & Experience
Role Requirements:
* Supervise guests in our Waterpark, always ensuring their safety
* Respond swiftly to any emergencies and follow safety protocols
* Maintain high levels of customer service
* Work effectively as part of a team to create a safe and enjoyable environment
