Come and join our award-winning teams – We are recruiting a Commis Chef for a prestigious new city centre office development in Edinburgh.Rate of Pay: £30,400 per annumWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday Daytime)Location: Edinburgh, EH3Key Responsibilities: Preparing high-quality food for breakfast and lunch services, catering for around 1,200 employeesSupporting the Head Chef in managing and developing a team of 11 chefsDelivering a varied food offer including Classic British, European and Global Fusion dishes, along with pizza, pasta, deli and street food conceptsRecording and reducing food waste levelsSupporting with all kitchen organisation, stocking, and cleaning responsibilitiesComplying with Food Handling & Hygiene standardsComplying with Health & Safety regulationsWhat we are looking for:Be passionate about world-class food and customer serviceHave experience in a similar roleBe a strong team player with excellent communication skillsHave a good understanding of Food Handling & Hygiene standardsHave a flexible approach to workingWhat's in it for you?
