Description As the Commercial Logistics Manager, you will take ownership of customer-facing initiatives, commercial support, and cross-departmental coordination to deliver exceptional service. Key duties include: Leading and coordinating a wide range of customer projects, ensuring timely and high-standard delivery. Building strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction. Analysing data to identify, evaluate, and support new commercial opportunities. Producing high-quality tenders, SLAs, SOPs, brochures, and case studies. Managing contract renewals, pricing reconciliations, and surcharges with accuracy and professionalism. Overseeing customer onboarding and operational setup activities. Conducting customer surveys, responding to feedback, and presenting insights to senior stakeholder Profile The Commercial Logistics Manager will Demonstrable experience within FMCG logistics and BRCGS warehousing environments from a customer perspective. Strong commercial understanding and project management capabilities. Able to complete Business Tenders and support the sale Team where appropriate Confident, professional communication and negotiation skills. Excellent written ability and meticulous attention to detail. A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to present actionable solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and a structured approach to customer relationship management.
