Job Purpose
The Sales & Office Coordinator role supports all sales activity and general administrative duties for the office. A self‑starter who thrives in a busy office environment, manages incoming enquiries via phone and email, liaises with other departments, and provides swift and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing inbound customer enquiries from the website and the main sales/marketing email inbox
* Ensuring inbound calls are answered in a timely manner
* Responding to customer queries from our global distributors, including providing accurate and productive information
* Processing customer orders and ensuring they are input in a timely manner
* Liaising with Supply Chain and Logistics to advise customers on availability and lead times
* Monitoring orders on the system and keeping customers informed on progress
* Providing telephone and administrative support for members of the sales team
* Reporting figures for management
* Coordinating general office and site engagement when required
* Assisting the senior management team and other departments with ad‑hoc projects and tasks when necessary
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in customer service and sales order processing
* Excellent communication skills, including articulate telephone manner and written communication
* Highly accurate when inputting information
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Language skills are desirable but not essential
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail
* Self‑starting and resilient, able to make progress and confident in making decisions
