Smart Repair Technician/Paint Sprayer - Stockport
Our client, the best motor trade employer in the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced Smart Repair Technician/Paint Sprayer to join their talented team.
As a Smart Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out small body repairs on vehicles.
You must have the ability to competently carry out repairs to a high level of quality in set timescales.
Duties will include:
1. Refurbishing painted alloy wheels
2. Refurbishing and renovating used cars ready for resale
3. Attending to and repairing scratches, scuffs and dents, windscreen abrasions/chip repair
4. General interior refurbishment and other similar duties.
Their Smart Repair Technicians work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure they provide customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
Previous experience as a Smart Repair Technician or Paint Sprayer is essential.
Experience in a similar bodyshop environment is beneficial as they're looking for an individual who has the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
They're looking for someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard of repair with strong attention to detail.
Strong time management and organisational skills are also required as you will ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.

Working hours/days:
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Occasional Saturdays (O/time)
Salary:
£32k basic
£40k++ OTE and uncapped.
