The Role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and enjoy working with the team through coaching
* Understands managing labour and rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
* Recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
