We are looking for Service managers with the expertise, resilience, and determination to lead our teams through this challenging period and with the vision, creativity, and skills to implement our ambitious plans to become an employer of choice, improve Services to our tenants and grow and expand our Service to be an asset to the Council.
As our HM&E Service Manager you will be responsible for our Domestic and Commercial Heating, Gas, Electrical and Lift teams.
You will lead the delivery of the HM&E Service and develop our teams to have the skills and capacity to grow and expand the Service into new areas of Business.
You will be experienced in the delivery of M&E planned works projects, have a good commercial awareness and a strong focus on compliance with health and safety legislation specifically Gas and Electrical regulations.
