The role covers proactive diary and inbox management, forward planning, meeting logistics, action tracking, and support for directorate‑wide events.A key part of the remit is information and correspondence management, including shared mailbox triage for regulatory and stakeholder communications, plus structured minute‑taking and action logging for technical and regulatory forums. You'll also lead on purchasing and cost‑control admin, and own the Directorate's Lighthouse site and document governance, ensuring content is accurate, controlled and compliant (including H&S and GDPR). Key responsibilitiesProvide proactive diary, inbox and administrative support to SLT members; plan and coordinate PDRs, 1:1s, team meetings and associated actions.Arrange meeting logistics (rooms/tech/refreshments/guests), prepare agendas, capture minutes and maintain action logs.Triage and track incoming regulatory/stakeholder correspondence in shared mailboxes, coordinating responses and deadlines.Oversee purchasing processes (raising orders, Barclaycard payments, GRNs, vendor set‑up) and administer CATs timesheets.Own and maintain the QE&A Lighthouse site, document libraries and templates; ensure version control, naming, and GDPR‑compliant storage.Champion the "Safer Every Day" agenda: complete H&S inductions/audits, monitor Working Time compliance, and report near misses.
